The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.
- The products are fully checked before dispatch by our technical team, then they are delivered to you in good, new, original condition.
- These products are machines that are high on quality and build, tested by KENT QC before they are dispatched from the factory.
- The products are once again checked by our network dealers before it is released for dispatch to the customer.
- Hence, these products are non returnable and non refundable.
- We advise you to fully check the functionality of the product after due installation by our technical team and demonstrated for full daily use of the product.
- We assure you of the best quality and services to you at all times.
